My name is Karla Suarez and I live in Fort Worth, Texas with my husband Joey, our cat Jett and dog Kenji.  Yes, I’m a Texan, and I’m proud of it.  I saw ‘ya’ll’ and ‘fixin’ (drives my husband crazy!) and I’m always happy to be back in Texas after leaving the lone star state. 

I started making soap about a year ago, and recently left a perfectly good job in the corporate world to make soap full-time.  I make cold process, all natural soaps with no artificial anything, and I love it. 

I also love to garden, and can’t wait for spring so I can start my ridiculously huge veggie garden.  Seriously, it’s a really big garden for our tiny back yard. But that’s for a different blog.
